Payments & Service Fees

How do I get paid?

Payout Methods

To receive payments for reservations through the AFLOATBNB platform, hosts must first add a payout method in their account settings.

Go to: Account → Payout Preferences

Available payment options and supported currencies may vary depending on your country.

Bank Transfer / International Wire

Depending on your location, you may need your IBAN or bank account number. Your bank or online banking portal can provide these details.

PayPal

Your PayPal payout account is linked to your email address. Ensure your PayPal account is active and verified.

You may add multiple payout methods, but one method must be selected as your default payout option.

When do I get paid?

AFLOATBNB securely holds guest payments until approximately 24 hours after check-in. Once released, payments are transferred to your selected payout method.

Estimated Processing Times
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal: Usually instant

Payment processing times may vary depending on country, banking holidays, and financial institutions.

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, therefore bank transfers may take longer to process.

Host Service Fees

AFLOATBNB charges hosts a 3.75% service fee for every completed booking.

This fee helps cover operational costs, platform maintenance, customer support, and secure payment processing.

The service fee is deducted directly from the host payout amount.

Guest Service Fees

Guests are charged a 12% service fee when making a reservation through the AFLOATBNB platform.

This fee supports platform services, booking security, customer support, and operational infrastructure.

Service fees are clearly displayed before checkout and are calculated based on the reservation subtotal.
